I didn’t do my research and didn’t know this was written from a religious perspective, so this review will reflect that. There is so much urgent information in little nuggets within this book. As a non-religious woman, I had moments of wishing we could move past scriptures and discuss the trauma and healing, but still felt there was a significant amount of insight!
