If you like dark, twisty mysteries, this one is for you! With a dash of the paranormal, Steinbeck & Reed are a match made in heaven! I was especially intrigued by Reed’s childhood and her escape from a highly controlling cult and really hope we get more of that in the future books! I don’t even like police procedurals, but I won’t be putting this series down anytime soon!
