There’s naive and then there’s this blatantly dumb main character. While the expectation started fairly low, this plot turned out to be even more outlandish than I imagined and ended with me wishing I could get my time back to read something more satisfying. Twist at the end? Yes, but twist to put this back on the shelf because it just isn’t worth it.
