I don’t think anything will ever top Ninth House for me, but this didn’t even come close! I loved meeting new characters and learning more and more about Alex and Dawes, but missed some of the dark academia aspects in what felt like a new setting. The pacing was suspenseful and the plot was full of twists and turns. This is a perfect spooky season read!
