While the suspense and horror were thrilling, the characters were completely unrealistic. Rather than exploring the true horror and trauma of experiencing encounters with demonic forces, the plot was full of unrealistic and sometimes even ridiculous interactions. I am a Longmore fan, but this one missed the mark.
