Send Me Into the Woods Alone

by Erin Pepler

Published 4/19/22 by Invisible Publishing

I’ll admit this one was hard to read and I had to do it in small doses. Erin has a tremendous way of describing motherhood in a way that is SO relatable that it brought much of my parenting trauma to the forefront. I have NEVER felt so seen and validated and convinced that someone out there REALLY has shared many of my same motherhood experiences. With a hilarious and clear voice, Erin allowed me to explore her innermost thoughts in an intimate way I’ve rarely experienced in the past with an author. If you’re going to read ANY book on the experience of motherhood, please let it be this one.
